R U OK? Day is a national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone to ask, “are you ok?, not just on this day, but every day, to support people who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone, and the current circumstances in some parts of Australia and across our team here at Land Surveys, has made it more important than ever to stay connected, and where possible, to reach out and offer support to those around us.
This year’s message is “there is more to say after R U OK?” Keeping the conversation going when someone says they are not okay, is something we can all do. By knowing what to say, you could be offering someone the support and access to appropriate help, that could make a positive difference. This year more than ever, we encourage each of you to reach out and ask the question “are you ok?” and, because sometimes there is more to say after “are you ok?” we have thrown the question to our team here at Land Surveys to offer some help… What can we say after R U OK?
