Land Surveys was engaged by Firm Construction to undertake surveying works which consisted of set outs for the concrete slab; the formwork for wet areas such as bathrooms and toilets; set outs of edge of concrete slab, datum levels on each floors, slab penetrations and ducts.

After pre pour the surveying works consisted of marking out grids, columns, AFS walls (the main structural wall), stairwells, lift cores, and the occasional markings of window frames, and smoke doors. This work was required repeatedly on each level. Landscaping surveying works were also undertaken on the ground floor for access driveways and kerbing, along with set out for fire booster pump room.
