Oracle Apartments is a 22-floor residential tower comprising of more than 130 world class units. It is situated in the heart of Perth city on Stirling Street, in Western Australia. It boasts city views intended to offer its occupants an oasis with full access to city life.

Due to the size of the project, multiple site visits were required to measure every unit as per legal requirements. The Land Surveys team worked together with the developer to coordinate scheduling the survey with the stages of completion as the project progressed.

Our Licensed Surveyor was supported by our Senior Land Development Coordinator, and dedicated support staff in arranging for local Government endorsement, while our specialist Drafting team finalised the Strata Plan for final submission.

Our Quality Assurance process included the Drafting team, the Land Development Coordinator, and our Licensed Surveyor. This thorough process meant the plan was endorsed without any undue delays.

For the purposes of marketing and presales contracts, Preliminary Plans were required and drawn up – these went through several iterations due to design changes. Our team was able to deliver the required product in a timely manner with thorough Quality Assurance.

There was a Licensed Surveyor, an Engineering Surveyor, the Drafting team, Land Development team and administration support working on this project from Land Surveys.
