Richard Pearce

Chairman of the Board

Richard has spent his career in executive and Board roles from Europe, North America, China and Australia, with a focus on the role of technology in the minerals and agri sectors.

Roy Mellon

Managing Director

Roy is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovator in the HR, Payroll and Workforce Management sectors. His expertise and passion for advancing people management practices contribute to improved outcomes and efficiencies across diverse organisational functions.

Peter Rullo

Founder, Executive Director Mergers & Acquisitions

Licensed Surveyor, Peter Rullo, founded Land Surveys in 1997. Through hard work, professionalism and passion, Peter has expanded the business to now include multiple offices across Australia, and one in Papua New Guinea, consisting of more than 300 staff. Prior to establishing Land Surveys, Peter worked for Fugro Surveys and Automated Surveys. His achievements include Bachelor of Surveying Degree, Curtin University 1992; Certificate of Competency – Land Surveyors Licensing Board; Registration of License – Land Surveying Licensing Board WA; Practicing Certificate – Land Surveyors Licensing Board WA; and Member SSSI.

Brett Coleman

Non-Executive Director

Brett is an experienced leader with a strong commercial and technical background, focused on strategy, operations, and building trusted relationships across the resources sector and multiple industries.

Ketha Mahesan

Non-Executive Director

Ketha is a high-energy, results-oriented CFO with over 30 years of finance leadership experience, focusing on driving financial strategy and transformation across Europe and the Asia Pacific.

Ben Westaway

Chief Operating Officer

Ben Westaway joined Land Surveys as General Manager in January 2018. Ben is a qualified Surveyor holding a Grade 1 Survey Authorisation, a qualified Mining Engineer and a certified Quarry Manager. Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, Ben has held a variety of leadership and responsibilities that include Managing Director of a small survey firm, Business Manager, Quarry Manager, and Survey Superintendent.

Jo is an experienced go-to-market leader within financial services and management consulting industries. Passionate about sales, leadership and championing change, she constantly delivers above target revenue and commercial value.

Bobby Mansoor

With a strong background in technology leadership and digital transformation, Bobby has successfully guided businesses through complex IT landscapes. His expertise spans IT strategy, corporate development, M&A structuring, and scaling technology operations.

Sal Weyers

General Counsel

With a background in both private legal practice and in-house general counsel roles for large international and Australian corporates, Sal is eager to contribute his expertise to partner with the business and support ISGroup’s continued expansion and success.

Lisa Taylor-Mesiti

Lisa is a pragmatic HR leader with 20 years experience across different sectors, having led HR teams, run her own consultancy and delivered complex transformation projects. Lisa prioritises employee development and supports leaders through change, creating simple, efficient people practices that help organisations grow through acquisition and scale while maintaining employee belonging and engagement.

Paul Linton

Executive General Manager

Paul combines his solid experience in a supervisory capacity with strong project management and leadership skills. Having completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Surveying and Spatial Information Systems with Honours, Paul is also a Registered Surveyor in New South Wales, Queensland, and the Northern Territory, and is a member of the Institution of Surveyors in New South Wales.

Alan Macpherson

Alan brings 15 years of surveying experience over a diverse range of survey projects, expanding across structural, mechanical, piping, earthworks, civil and land surveying throughout Western Australia.

Damian Taylor

Having served over 20 years within the survey industry conducting, consulting and managing surveys my role as the Managing Director of Utility Mapping Group UK ltd is to help your organisation avoid costly mistakes within your projects through providing underground utility location and mapping solutions that achieve zero harm to utilities, people and the environment. I am passionate about empowering organisations within the construction, engineering and consultancy industries to make better decisions, save costs and improve their safety through embracing technology and innovation.

Jason Armitage

General Manager Papua New Guinea

Jason Armitage joined Land Surveys in 2010, initially in the role of Operations Manager for regional projects, before evolving into our Business Development Manager. His primary focus was on strengthening the company’s client base to allow for national and international growth. Jason brings more than 25 years of experience in the surveying and spatial industry, providing expertise in major infrastructure projects, with a particular emphasis on the resources sectors throughout WA, QLD and NT.
