ARE YOU OK?
As part of our ongoing commitment to the wellbeing of our people, and in turn, removing the stigma surrounding mental health, we hosted a morning tea on Thursday September 13th, to encourage our staff to start meaningful conversations with their peers, and ask the question, “Are you OK?”.
Staying connected and having meaningful conversations is something we can all do. You don’t need to be an expert – just a friend and a great listener. By starting a conversation, you could help that workmate, friend or family member open up. Remember to always listen and, if need be, encourage that person to find further help.
