As a Graduate joining Land Surveys, you can apply to become part of the ‘Graduate Mentoring Program’ held through the Australian Institute of Mine Surveyors.

You will be paired with an appropriate Mentor, who you will meet once a month with to discuss how everything is going on-site and you will be able to ask any questions you wish.

By the end of the six month program, you should have a better understanding of a career plan, practice in Mine Surveying, the latest technology, a thorough understanding of the Code of Practice, a larger network of experienced and Graduate Mine Surveyors you can call upon, along with so much more.
