Our Cadastral Surveying Services
Cadastral surveying covers all legal boundary and land-title work required for construction and development. Our licensed surveyors deliver the full range of cadastral survey services, ensuring your project starts with accurate, compliant information.
Boundary Surveys / Property Boundary Surveys
Re-establishing the legal property boundaries and marking them on site.
Used for building envelopes, retaining walls, earthworks, compliance checks, development applications and resolving discrepancies.
Title Re-establishment Surveys
Confirming the true position of title boundaries compared with fences, structures and occupation.
Used before excavation, construction near boundaries, settlement, redevelopment and due-diligence investigations.
Subdivision Surveys (Freehold)
Surveying and preparing plans to create new land parcels with independent services and ownership. Includes precalc and concept plans, survey fieldwork, authority lodgement, easement plans, amalgamation/consolidation and as-constructed surveys where required.
Strata Surveys (Built Form & Survey Strata)
Surveying for apartment, townhouse and mixed-use developments where ownership is divided within a shared site or building. Includes strata plans, unit entitlements, common property definition and preliminary plans for pre-sales. Survey Strata available in WA only.
Easement & Consolidation Plans
Plans to establish, modify or extinguish easements, or to amalgamate multiple lots into one parcel. Often required by planners, councils or service authorities.
Leasehold & Community Title Surveys
Surveying to support leasehold developments and community strata schemes, depending on state requirements.
Integrated Land Surveying
While cadastral work deals with legal boundaries, many projects also require broader site information. We can integrate:
- Feature and contour surveys
- Site analysis surveys
- Infrastructure set-out
- Utility locating
- Concrete scanning and underground services mapping
- UAV aerial surveys
This avoids multiple suppliers and keeps your spatial data consistent from early design through to construction.

This approach saves time, reduces cost and supports smoother project delivery.
What’s the difference between Freehold and Strata Subdivision?
A Freehold Subdivision creates traditional land lots, each with its own services and complete ownership. Builders and developers often choose freehold when they want straightforward titles, no shared infrastructure and full control over each lot.
A Strata Subdivision creates individually owned units or lots within a shared site or building. It allows for shared driveways, services and common property, which can reduce servicing costs and make better use of constrained sites.
Can you assist with plans for pre-sales or marketing?
Yes. We prepare preliminary plans for pre-sales and provide the spatial information required for marketing, design and authority submissions.
