Property Surveying - Residential Land Surveys Development Team

Our Land Development Team provides a high quality, pro-active range of Subdivision and Strata Title services from "Survey through to Settlement".

Land Surveys can prepare and manage your land subdivision no matter how large or small the project. We can complete projects ranging from Multi-tier High Rise unit developments to an Infill Unit Development. We can create vacant lots via Green Title, Survey Strata or Vacant Lot Strata staged Subdivisions.

Services we offer include:

  • Built Strata: Lots are measured based on cubic space or spaces referenced to the buildings which are shown on the Strata Plan. The construction of the buildings must be completed before an application for Titles can be made;

  • Survey-Strata: Lots are defined by the dimensions of land and survey information similar to Green Title. Survey-Strata subdivisions can create Certificates of Title for vacant lots or lots that have buildings in the process of being constructed.

  • Green Title: This is the traditional form of land subdivision. The lot is defined exclusively by Cadastral boundaries and must have separate service connection points.
